All Master Lock hitch products are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty against mechanical defects for the life of the product. Replacements are almost always free of charge. this warranty does cover products that have been abused, altered, damaged, cut or worn. Master Lock Company shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or otherwise, including lost revenues or profits arising out of any theory of recovery, including statutory, contact or tort. Master Lock Company's entire liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item purchased. With respect to replacement keys, we recommend that you make a note of the key number in the event you need a replacement.
