Product was much cheaper than another popular site I've used. Haven't yet installed it but seems a snap to install. Product was listed for 2009-2011 Toyota Highlnder but not 2012 due to Curt's cautious marketing, so I waited and was pleased when they finally certified for the 2012 Highlander. Much better than having to splice wires with other kits that are available
