Hitch arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The actual installation took about an hour, but if the instructions were clearer, it would have been about 15 min. Here's the easy way - push the coil end of the fish wire through the hole you are working on. It will go out the back of the frame, behind the bumper cover. Thread on a flat washer, then spin a bolt into the coil (not too far, it really grips). Pull it back through the hole. Repeat for the other three bolts. Looks great on my 2004 Ford Escape.
