CURT Manufacturing Incorporated will examine the returned product. If the defect is covered under the warranty, CURT Manufacturing will repair the item or replace it at that time. Alterations or misuse of the items will not be covered under the warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. So the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase so that we can help you. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value. Customized orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness.
